i am wondering if there are any college scholarships for people who survived a deadly disease? i survived one when i was younger and i have searched the internet for one but all i see are cancer scholarships and scholarships for people who still have a disease, can anyone help me for the kind of scholarship i would be able to apply for?
i didn’t have cancer though i had bacterial meningitis.

There are scholarships out there for everything.
Just go on google and type Scholarships Cancer.
Or anything with the word “scholarships”!

If there are scholarships available for random things there should be a scholarship available for someone who had meningitis. You may have difficulty getting the school to allow you to live on campus since you’ve had meningitis but that may be something you can overcome.
Try in google to search for “meningitis scholarship.” If nothing comes up you should explore scholarship search websites, such as FastWeb!
There are more than likely at least one or two scholarships out there for you, but the search is half the battle.
