Question by Medical Doctor: How to improve your memory and learning?
I will be having more than 10 subjects next sem in my university…and it is worrying me a lot…They are not just any ordinary subjects…but major subjects in science and health…
Furthermore…i will be reading several 2-3 inches thick book for each subject…and who would have said that reading those books are fun?
My question to you guys is that how can i boost, improve, enhance my memory and learning skills besides taking memory enhancers such as Gingko biloba?

oh, and i seem to be getting headaches whenever i study >< any suggestions for that ? I don't want to keep taking advil everyday ..

It’s not as if you could improve memory and concentration by going out and drinking large amounts of mind-altering legalised substances, after all.
