I am currently a college freshman, and I want to apply for some scholarships. Can anyone out there help me?
First of all I am confused, although some deadlines have passed will they be the same for the following year?
Should I be looking for scholarships for a college sophmore or stick with freshman?
Does anyone know of any really good sites that offer scholarships?
I am also interested in grants too?
Really need help with this, cuz its just me and my mom and I want to help her as much as possible. I will apply to 100 different scholarships if I have to. All advice is most definetly appreciated.

You always see information about college scholarships or grants for single moms. What about us dads out there? My dream is to go back to school and earn a business degree. However, I don’t want expensive student loans adding to the debt we already have. I want to make a better life for my family and especially the kids so they have the opportunity to go to college. Please let me know if you have any information about college scholarships for dads.

What i mean is, say freshman year of college, I don’t get any scholarships. If I do good and get like straight a’s or really good grades, would that qualify me for a scholarship for the next year? Or is it something you have to get before?
